Software Information
The MSC is an integral
part
of the KI development team, providing observation planning, data
infrastructure,
and data calibration applications. This page contains information on
recent
improvements made to software of relevance to KI operations, as well as
information
on planned upgrades to our software suite.
getCal
Current version: 2.9.2 (released 11/01/2006)
Latest code improvements:

- Full support of
observation planning for KI Nulling mode.
- N-band photometry
filtering on calibrator searches.
- Accurate Keck
telescope pointing limits in timing plots.
- New option to
process user-specified calibrators.
- Enhanced verbose
option provides additional calibrator information.
Main code improvements planned for next
release:
- gcWeb: new capability to produce timing plots from uploaded, user-supplied,
schedule files.
- gcWeb: new
capability to perform calibrator searches in batch mode, from
user-supplied target lists.
wbCalib

- Support for multiple baselines.
- Included KvisPlot
utility for plotting L1 KI files (requires gnuplot).

KI/PTI L1 web-based data access and calibration tools (webCalib).
