Submitted to Calls for Proposals
By responding to a
call for proposals administered by the MSC, the
proposer agrees to the public distribution of all coversheet
information for successful proposals. This coversheet information
includes: principal investigator and co-investigator names and
institutions, the observing time or other award allocated, observing
modes and the abstract. Other information in the proposal is
considered proprietary and the MSC will protect it from public
disclosure to the extent permitted by law.
